Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Recent work includes keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators with sufficient contrast, color-contrast corrections across the site, reduced-motion support that honors your operating system preference, and screen-reader-friendly form labels and error messages.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as content and features change, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs — they get fixed, not filed away.

Known limitations

Some third-party content (for example, embedded maps or scheduling tools) may not fully meet our standard. Where we can't fix a third-party issue directly, we provide an accessible alternative — call us and we will help you do anything the website does.
