Neuromag Institute
About the physician

Jairo D. Libreros, MD

A neurologist who built the practice he always wanted: everything under one roof, every visit his own.

Dr. Libreros has practiced neurology and pain medicine in Florida since 1993. Neuromag Institute is the room he has built for the way he has always wanted to work — slowly, in long arcs, with the whole person in view, and with whatever tools the patient in front of him actually needs.

01

Neurology, Where It Started

Three decades treating headache, traumatic brain injury, radiculopathy, neuropathy, post-surgical pain, and the chronic conditions that came with them. In-office EMG and nerve conduction testing. The foundation everything else here rests on.

02

The BTL Clinical Suite

EMSCULPT NEO for body composition. EMSELLA for pelvic floor restoration and urinary incontinence. EXOMIND for FDA-cleared TMS treatment of depression. CELLUTONE for body-treatment plans. Devices selected for clinical evidence, not trend.

03

Hormones, Weight, and the Everyday

Hormone evaluation and physician-led optimization, medically supervised weight loss, GLP-1 therapy used the way the trials describe — with screening, titration, and follow-through. The unglamorous work that makes the rest of the practice land.

04

Medical-Legal Work

Qualified Independent Medical Examiner. Has been accepted as an expert witness in Florida courts — across personal injury, workers' compensation, and disability matters. CMEs, IMEs, auto and workers' comp evaluations. Reports written to stand up under cross-examination.

05

Civil Surgeon & Immigration

USCIS-designated civil surgeon for I-693 immigration medical exams. Performed in a single visit, completed and sealed in-house. A small thing that matters very much to the family across the desk.

06

Cannabis Medicine

Florida-qualified physician for medical marijuana certification. Real evaluations against the registry's qualifying conditions, with honest counseling on cannabinoid therapy and its interactions with the rest of what you take.

07

Languages

Care provided in Spanish, English, and additional languages through a multilingual clinical team. Here, translation is medical — not approximate.

08

Philosophy

The nervous system does not work in silos. Body, mind, pelvic floor, mood, and meaning sit in the same circuitry. Care worth doing treats them together, in the same room, with the same physician.
